Which hospitals has the Israeli army damaged and forced to close?
Eight hospitals have been forced to close as a result of damage from Israeli strikes in Lebanon since Sept. 23, according to data compiled by L'Orient Today.

BEIRUT — Damage as a result of close Israeli strikes have forced eight hospitals in Lebanon to completely shut down since the war between Hezbollah and Israel escalated in mid-September. Twenty-eight hospitals, among which seven have partially closed, have managed to continue their operations despite sustaining damage. Most of the affected hospitals are located in southern Lebanon, while the other are in the Bekaa and Beirut's southern suburbs.A month and a half into its war on Gaza that started on Oct. 2023, the Israeli army had inflicted enough damage on Gaza's healthcare facilities to result in 75 percent of the Strip's hospitals being no longer able to operate.
