An air raid targeted a building in Sour, South Lebanon, on Friday, a city hit by numerous bombings from the Israeli army in recent days.
The strike hit a waterfront building, which collapsed in a cloud of smoke as rescuers worked to pull victims from the rubble, according to an AFP photographer. It was not preceded by an evacuation order from the Israeli army, which claims it is targeting Hezbollah.
