Around 70 ''projectiles'' were fired from Lebanon towards northern Israel on Sunday morning within a few minutes, the Israeli army announced, adding that it had intercepted ''a number of them.''
''After warning sirens sounded between 11:09 and 11:12 a.m. [local time] in the eastern and northern Galilee regions, approximately 70 projectiles were detected entering from Lebanon,'' the army stated in a press release.
The day before, Hezbollah had fired more than 200 rockets at Israeli territory, according to the army.
