As usual, it called on local residents to stay away from "Hezbollah infrastructure and buildings", which will be bombed "in the near future."


Worthy to note, the building asked to evacuate in Lailaki, is located right next to al-Aytam gas station, and near Beirut's international airport.

Israeli artillery fire targeted Kfar Kila and the outskirts of Burj al-Molouk, in the Marjayoun district, reported local news channel al-Jadeed.

- Hezbollah announced that it launched missiles at a group of Israeli soldiers in Menara site, opposite to Lebanese Houla (Marjayoun), at around 11:30 p.m, causing casualties within their ranks. 


- The party also issued a statement — citing a "field officer" within its forces — summarizing the various operations conducted throughout the day, particularly to prevent the Israeli army's infiltration attempts along the Lebanese southern border. The officer estimated that the operations killed "more than 25 Israeli officers and soldiers,"  wounded 130 and destroyed a Merkava tank with a guided missile.


In recent days, the Israeli army has announced the death of around 10 soldiers on the border with Lebanon.

A Middle East Airline plane, the Lebanese national airline, landed as a series of Israeli strikes incessantly bombed several neighborhoods in and around Beirut's southern suburbs, where the airport is located.

Two new detonations, for as many Israeli strikes, were heard in Beirut within seconds of each other.


The neighborhoods of Burj al-Brajneh and Haret Hreik were targeted, according to local media. Local media reported that some of the strikes may have been carried out by warships. According to al-Mayadeen, a building near Beirut international airport road was targeted. The building is reportedly close to the al-Saha Restaurant and al-Aytam gas station.

🔴 The Israeli army issued another evacuation order ten minutes after the first, addressed to residents of the Haret Hreik in Beirut's southern suburbs and Choueifate and Amroussieh (near Choueifate), south of Beirut.


In a post on X, the Israeli army's Arabic-speaking spokesman Avichay Adraee specified that two buildings were targeted: one near the Heliopolis school and the national college in Choueifate, the other near the Mojtaba Mosque.

Australia started evacuating its nationals from Lebanon through Cyprus today, in the first large-scale operation to get citizens out of the country, reported Reuters. 


Some 229 people arrived in Cyprus from Beirut, on a commercial airline chartered by Australia. A second flight is scheduled later in the day.


More evacuation flights could be expected based on demand, Australian and Cypriot officials said.


At Cyprus's Larnaca airport, civilians of all ages transferred from the aircraft into a terminal and then escorted onto waiting coaches. "They are exhausted, exceptionally happy to be here but heartbroken because they left family behind," said Fiona McKergow, the Australian High Commissioner [Ambassador] to Cyprus.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu today vowed that his country would respond to Iran's attack following the barrage of missiles fired by Tehran on Tuesday.

In a post on X, the Israeli army's Arabic-speaking spokesman Avichay Adraee specified the three buildings on maps: one is located near a gas station, the other near the "Hadi Institute" and the last near the "al-Sanabel" school.

Israel will retaliate against Iran for Tuesday's missile attack at the right time, Israeli army spokesman Daniel Hagari said. He noted that the two air bases targeted in the attack "remain fully operational, with no aircraft damaged," reported Reuters.

An Israeli strike targeted Jiyyeh, a village on the Chouf district's coast some 20 kilometers south of Beirut, reported the official National News Agency (NNA).


According to some local media, the strike targeted the Islamic Health Committee, affiliated to Hezbollah.


Ambulances and centers belonging to this association have been systematically targeted by Israeli aircraft in recent days, killing dozens of rescue workers.

The statement further denounced "other false information and rumors circulating about the party's leadership," claiming they contribute to the "psychological and moral war" waged against the resistance by those who "serve Zionist colonization."

Residents of the Burj al-Brajneh Palestinian refugee camp in Beirut's southern suburbs issued an urgent appeal today for help from UNRWA, the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees.


In a collective statement, camp residents emphasized their urgent need for critical relief services, medical care and financial support, which they say have largely disappeared. "Medical clinics have been closed, and most vital services that are essential for a decent life have stopped," the statement read.

Latest updates on Israeli attacks in southern Lebanon, reported by our correspondent:


- Artillery fire shelled the area surrounding Shebaa in the Hasbaya district.


- Airstrikes targeted Naqoura, in the Sour district, and the Zefta valley in Nabatieh district.


- A drone fired at a cafe located on the seaside in Ghazieh (Saida), injuring three people and destroying the establishment. The cafe was closed due to violent Israeli bombardment, which had targeted the area incessantly since Sept. 23. Rescue workers from al-Rissala Scouts, affiliated with the Amal movement, assisted in transferring the injured to nearby hospitals.

The call attributed to Israel, which claimed that "weapons belonging to Hezbollah" were in the village, was made by two Syrian nationals residing in Bednayel, another town in the Baalbeck district, one of Taraya's mukhtars (a local official), Ali Ahmad Hamieh, informed our correspondent. Legal proceedings have been initiated against these two individuals.


During the call, the mukhtars were warned, "You have one day before Taraya is destroyed if the weapons are not removed from the village."

The Irish presidency has condemned an Israeli request to "relocate" part of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL), which includes 347 Irish soldiers deployed along the border between Israel and Lebanon, calling it "outrageous."


Irish President Michael Higgins stated, "It is outrageous that the Israeli army has threatened this peacekeeping force and sought to make it evacuate the villages it defends. In fact, Israel is demanding that the entirety of UNIFIL, which operates under a U.N. mandate, leave."


He added, "This is not only an insult to the world's most important institution, to which 193 member states are committed, but also an insult to the soldiers and their families who have risked their lives so that we can all live in peace and protect the most vulnerable."

The Israeli army reported 12 members of Hamas and Islamic Jihad were killed in the strike on the Tulkarem refugee camp in the occupied West Bank on Thursday.

On Thursday, the Palestinian Health Ministry reported that 18 were killed in Israel's strikes on the camp. 


Shortly after the strike on the Tulkarem refugee camp, which Israel has occupied since 1967, the army initially reported a death toll of seven but later added five names in a statement today.

🔴 "Contact with Sayyed Safieddine has been lost since the violent strikes on Beirut's southern suburbs ... We don't know if he was at the targeted site, or who may have been there with him," on Thursday night, a Hezbollah official told AFP on the condition of anonymity. 


A second source close to Hezbollah also confirmed that communication had been cut off with Safieddine and that his whereabouts were unknown. Hezbollah "is trying to reach the underground headquarters that were targeted, but every single time Israel starts striking again to impede rescue efforts," he said. 


According to the second source, Safieddine "was with Hezbollah's head of intelligence," known as Hajj Murtada.


A source close to Hezbollah said Israel had conducted 11 consecutive strikes on Beirut's southern suburbs on Thursday night — one of the most violent nights the suburb has witnessed since Israel intensified its campaign of bombardment last week.
