The State Security office in Sour announced on Monday the arrest of a Syrian suspected of "practicing magic and witchcraft," according to a statement carried by the state-run National News Agency (NNA).
The man confessed to committing these practices and abusing men and women in the course of his activities, according to the text, which does not give further details on the methods used. He was handed over to the competent judicial authorities.
State Security has published the suspect's photo and is calling on people who have been victims of this man to contact law enforcement on 07 741583.
