BEIRUT — “Together towards change,” an opposition group in the South III electoral district, and “Our Bekaa First” in the West Bekaa-Rachaya district registered their electoral list with the Interior Ministry on Friday for the May 15, 2022 legislative elections, the state-run National News Agency reported.
Here’s what we know:
• “Together towards change” registered eleven candidates: Wafik Rihan, Wassim Ghandour, Ali Wehbe, Khalil Deeb, Hassan Bazzi, Ali Murad, Elias Jaradi, Mohammad Qadan, Firas Hamdan, Ibrahim al-Abdullah and Nizar Rammal.
• The blue color was adopted for the list.
• “Our Bekaa First” registered the following names: Retired Brigadier General Mohammad Qaddoura, Engineer Khaled al-Askar, Lawyer Dani Khater, Lawyer George Abboud and Lawyer Ghinwa Asaad.
