The document detailing the partial judicial reshuffle, unanimously approved on Tuesday by the Higher Judicial Council’s (HJC) 10 members, was leaked to the press on Thursday.While the HJC is keeping the document confidential until a decree is issued to formalize it, signed by the ministers of justice, finance and defense, as well as the prime minister and the president, L’Orient-Le Jour obtained a copy of the document.The judicial reshuffle shows that the changes are to around 90 judges, a figure higher than the estimates that circulated over the past 48 hours, which said 50 to 70 were supposed to be transferred to new positions.
