A Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) bus carrying ten aid workers was damaged Sunday in Gaza City by an Israeli strike that hit two meters from the vehicle, the medical organization said in a statement on X.

One staff member was injured in the strike, which occurred Sunday, while the group said the bus was “clearly identified as an MSF vehicle,” including a “large MSF sticker visible on its roof."

“Once again, Israeli forces have shown a blatant disregard for the safety of humanitarian and medical personnel,” the organization said, reiterating that “no place is safe in Gaza” and calling for the “protection of civilians, caregivers and humanitarian workers.”

Despite the “cease-fire” announced nearly a year ago in the Gaza Strip, Israeli strikes and gunfire have continued daily against people in the besieged enclave, with nearly 60% of the territory occupied by Israel.

Since the truce announced on Oct. 11, 2025, Israel has killed at least 1,372 Palestinians and injured 4,659 others in Gaza.
