The U.S. Central Command dismissed reports that Iranian forces had hit its warships operating in the Middle East and said all attempted attacks had failed, in a post on X on Wednesday.
"Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) forces have claimed they struck two U.S. Navy destroyers operating in the Middle East. This is completely FALSE," U.S. CENTCOM said.
