Images of a massive shoal of dead small fish on a Lebanese beach have circulated widely on social media in recent days. According to NGO TERRE Liban, the footage was taken on the sandy Summerland Beach west of Beirut.The Agriculture Ministry said in a statement Tuesday it is closely monitoring the phenomenon of dead small fish "observed on certain beaches in Lebanon or in small artificial pools along the coast."
