FIFA imposes sanctions on Argentina players, coach, following investigation on world cup final brawl

Argentina midfielder Leandro Paredes has been suspended for 10 international matches for his violent behavior in the aftermath of his country's defeat to Spain in the World Cup final, FIFA announced on Friday.

Paredes was also fined $90,000. He was one of several Argentina players given suspensions and fines for the incidents in the final in New Jersey that Argentina lost 1-0 to Spain.
