Did they catch the irony in censoring a play called Taire ("Be Silent")? At the end of each performance, director Tamara al-Saadi reads a text to the audience about the situation in Gaza. Her play was originally conceived through research conducted between Ramallah and the occupied Gaza Strip, focusing on youth and the myth of Antigone.
