Far from Israel's occupation and war in southern Lebanon, real estate activity shows no signs of slowing at Faqra Club, in Kesrouan. Since the end of the winter season, construction sites have restarted. Cranes, trucks, and excavators are working to quickly deliver ongoing projects: roughly forty construction sites, private villas, and residential projects. "They're popping up like mushrooms," observes Chantal Mille Arida, a consultant at the real estate agency B in Beirut. "It's impressive!
