The German think tank Friedrich Naumann Foundation (FNF), in partnership with the polling company Ipsos, conducted a survey earlier this month to assess Lebanese citizens' perceptions on various issues, including the monopoly on weapons and the government's performance. Two findings stand out: the drop in the government's approval rating and increased polarization around Hezbollah's weapons.Ipsos conducted 1,100 interviews between March 24 and April 21 with Lebanese citizens aged 21 and above across all eight governorates. The survey is a follow-up study to another nationwide public opinion survey published at the beginning of the year.
