Bolero Bloom: A weekend of flowers, sounds, and vibes by the sea in Batroun

Amid pink tamarisks, straw-colored rushes, imposing ficus trees, bougainvilleas, and endemic plants and flowers lining the many pathways, there is the aquamarine-colored sea. This is where Bolero’s floating garden settled, in Batroun. A haven of peace where time feels suspended.

In this landscape imbued with serenity, a certain sweetness of life and a scent of spring invite people to take a pause and suspend their cares, whether of the country or of the world. It feels like permission to feel better, an invitation to settle down in rattan armchairs, sip on a glass of zaatar gin, admire as if for the first time the colors of a day melting into the sea, and discover new off-the-beaten track sounds.The Daou family transformed in 2019 the garden adjoining their family home into a friendly, artistic, and experimental space.
