The owner of a pharmacy located across from the Haret Saida municipal building received a call overnight ordering him to evacuate within 10 minutes, reported our correspondent.
The municipality quickly informed the army's intelligence services, and the building was evacuated as a precaution. Warning shots were fired at the scene to alert residents.
It later turned out that the call was not serious.
Meanwhile, Israeli warplanes flew over southern Lebanon, dropping thermal flares into the sky.
