The United States and Israel had warned: they would do everything to prevent Iran from acquiring atomic weapons. On Friday, March 27, an Israeli strike hit the Shahid Rezayee Nejad yellowcake production plant in the central province of Yazd, also known as Ardakan.The attack was confirmed by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), which stated that radiation levels around the site had not increased, while reiterating its call for restraint regarding nuclear sites.
