The Lebanese Army has announced that two of its soldiers, Fadel Abdallah Ayoub and Mohammad Moufid Toufaily, were killed Saturday in two seperate Israeli strikes.
Fadel Abdallah Ayoub, killed earlier today in an Israeli strike on the village of Kfar Tibnit (Nabatieh), was born on Feb. 20, 1991, in Kfar Tibnit. He was married and was the father to two children.
He is the second Lebanese soldier killed by Israel on Saturday, after one of his colleagues, Mohammad Moufid Toufaily, was killed in another strike on Deir Zahrani (Nabatieh). Born on April 28, 1996, he was married and the father of one child.
In total, the army has confirmed the deaths of seven of its soldiers since the start of the Israeli offensive against Lebanon on March 2.
