A drone attack shook a residential neighborhood in the center of the Iraqi capital on Saturday morning, a security official told AFP on condition of anonymity.

The attack targeted "the telecommunications building" of an Iraqi security service that cooperates with U.S. military advisers involved in anti-jihadist operations in Iraq, the official specified. A second drone, which was filming the operation, fell on the grounds of a sports club popular with the Iraqi elite and diplomats, according to the source.
