BEIRUT — An Israeli strike on an apartment in Saida, southern Lebanon, has killed four and injured two, according to a preliminary toll obtained from medical and local sources by our correspondent.
"The explosion was very violent. Stones were thrown, windows shattered and smoke rose quickly around the site. Human remains fell from the sky," reports our correspondent.
