Lebanese Justice Minister Adel Nassar on Monday urged the public prosecutor at the Court of Cassation, Jamal Hajjar, and the government commissioner to the military court to assign security forces to immediately arrest those involved in launching rockets from southern Lebanon toward Israel — as well as those who ordered the attacks — so they can be brought to justice, the state-run National News Agency reported.
Hezbollah claimed responsibility overnight for firing rockets toward Haifa, in northern Israel, saying it was in retaliation for the death of Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei in Israeli strikes on Tehran on Saturday.
