It's confirmed, army commander Rodolph Haykal is expected in Washington from Feb. 3 to 5, where he will meet with several U.S. officials. In preparation for the meetings, an army delegation travelled to the United States on Wednesday. Haykal's trip takes place in an especially tense context.
