U.S. special envoy Steve Witkoff will visit Turkey on Wednesday and join planned talks there with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, a Turkish source said on Tuesday.
Earlier, Zelenskiy said he planned to go to Turkey on Wednesday after his Tuesday visit to Spain, adding that Ukraine was preparing to reinvigorate negotiations and had developed solutions that it would propose to its partners.
