The Lebanese Army carried out live-fire drills Saturday at the Naqoura shooting range in southern Lebanon. The training took place amid rising tensions along the southern border, which prompted President Joseph Aoun to call on the army to prevent any Israeli incursion into Lebanese territory.It also came as Israel has grown increasingly critical of the army, accusing it of not doing enough to advance Hezbollah’s disarmament.
