Nearly a month after the start of Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) operations, the results have been disastrous. And Washington could have done more earlier.

On Thursday morning, July 3, 45 Palestinian civilians were killed by the Israeli army near the aid distribution sites of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF).
