The Israeli army announced Sunday it is "verifying" the results of the U.S. strikes that occurred overnight on the Iranian nuclear site of Fordow, on the tenth day of the war between Iran and Israel.

When asked about this strike and the possibility that enriched uranium may have been removed from the site before the strikes, Brigadier General Effie Defrin, spokesperson for the Israeli army, responded, "We are constantly verifying the situation. It is too early to make a judgment." He also stated that the Israeli campaign against Iran continued, with Israel having, according to him, "other objectives" to achieve in that country.
