New explosions heard in Tehran

BEIRUT — New explosions were heard Sunday in the Iranian capital Tehran, on the third day of a massive Israeli attack against the Islamic Republic, according to an AFP journalist on the scene.

The Iranian media outlets Khabar Online and Ham Mihan reported that air defense systems in the west and northwest of Tehran had been activated "to counter new attacks," while the Iranian newspaper Shargh broadcast a video showing columns of smoke in the east of the capital.
