An Israeli drone fired two missiles on Saturday at a car that was destroyed in the town of Beit Lif, in the Bint Jbeil district of southern Lebanon, according to our correspondent Muntasser Abdallah.

The strike occurred in the village’s central square and left three people injured, one of whom is in critical condition.

Despite the cease-fire agreement reached in late November 2024 between Hezbollah and Israel, the Israeli army continues to occupy five so-called strategic points in southern Lebanon and carries out near-daily strikes on Lebanese territory — in the south, as well as in the Bekaa Valley and the southern suburbs of Beirut.

Earlier in the day, an Israeli drone dropped a bomb targeting an individual in an area between the villages of Kkar Kila and Deir Mimas (Marjayoun district), but the person was not injured, our correspondent added. A second bomb was dropped in the same area shortly afterward.
