Israeli security sources revealed Monday a new list of Hamas targets, including the former representative of the Islamist movement in Lebanon, Osama Hamdan, as well as its spokesperson, Sami Abu Zuhri, according to the Israeli news outlet Maariv.

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz threatened Saturday to assassinate senior officials of Hamas's political and military wings, including Ezzeddine Haddad, a member of the Ezzeddine al-Qassam Brigades in Gaza City, and Khalil al-Hayya, an influential member of the group's political bureau. The list unveiled by Maariv cited these three names, as well as that of the Hamas representative in Algeria, Abu Zahri.

The Shin Bet, Israel's internal security service, already threatened the same day in a statement to assassinate Hayya and Haddad.

Since the beginning of the war in Gaza, Israel has assassinated several Hamas leaders, both inside and outside the Palestinian enclave.
