Nada Koussa, Miss Lebanon, had a remarkable journey in the 72nd Miss World 2025 competition, whose grand ceremony took place on May 31, 2025, at the HITEX Exhibition Center in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The 27-year-old Lebanese beauty, looking elegant in a stunning green gown designed by internationally renowned Lebanese designer Ziad Nakad, made it to the Top 20 finalists and was among the Top 5 finalists from the Asia group. The original number of contestants was 108. Nada Koussa had previously advanced to the Top 40 in an earlier stage of the competition.
The final four contestants were Miss Martinique representing the Americas, Miss Ethiopia for Africa, Miss Poland for Europe and Miss Thailand for Asia. Each finalist had to answer one final question before the new Miss World was selected.
The 72nd Miss World competition ultimately crowned the beautiful Miss Thailand, winner of the Asia group. She succeeds Krystyna Pyszková of the Czech Republic, Miss World 2024. The third runner-up was Miss Martinique, the second runner-up Miss Poland, and the first runner-up Miss Ethiopia.
