A young Palestinian man, 20-year-old Mohammad Jalayta, has died from his injuries, announced the Palestinian Red Cross. He had been shot the previous day by Israeli army fire during an incursion in the al-Arab neighborhood in Jericho, occupied West Bank.
Additionally, Israeli soldiers and settlers carried out several attacks in other Palestinian localities in the occupied West Bank.
Thus, two young Palestinian men were arrested after a raid in the Askar al-Jadid refugee camp in Nablus, while Israeli settlers established new housing near the illegal outpost of "Mitzpe Ziv," on the lands of the Palestinian village of Berin, near Hebron, reports Al Jazeera.
Settlers also set fire to Palestinian agricultural lands in the village of Haris, in Salfit.
Since the start of the Gaza war, more than 950 Palestinians have been killed and about 7,000 others have been injured in the West Bank, occupied by Israel since 1967, according to Palestinian data. In parallel, nearly 16,400 arrests have been recorded.
