Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Monday he hopes to make an announcement on the hostages in Gaza "today or tomorrow," after Hamas announced it accepted a truce proposed by mediators.
"I really hope we will be able to make an announcement [on the hostages] today, and if we cannot today, then tomorrow," Netanyahu said in a video broadcast on his Telegram channel.
