Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs "strongly" condemned Wednesday the shooting by the Israeli army at foreign diplomats who were participating in a visit organized by the Palestinian Authority in Jenin, in the northern occupied West Bank.
"The ministry is investigating everything that happened. There was a Spaniard in the group of diplomats, who is fine. We are in contact with other concerned countries to provide a joint response to what happened, which we strongly condemn," the ministry said in a short statement sent to AFP.
