EU to review association agreement with Israel

European Union is set to reevaluate its association agreement with Israel in light of the recent events in Gaza, European Foreign Policy Chief Kaja Kallas announced on Tuesday.

"There is a strong majority in favor of reviewing Article 2 (regarding human rights) of our association agreement with Israel. Therefore, we will proceed with this exercise," she stated following a meeting of EU foreign ministers in Brussels.
