A senior Hamas official stated Saturday that a new round of indirect negotiations with Israel aimed at ending the war in Gaza has begun in Doha "without any preconditions."
"This round of negotiations has begun without any preconditions from either side, and the negotiations are open to discussing all issues," said Taher al-Nounou. "Hamas will present its view on all matters, particularly ending the war, the (Israeli, ed.) withdrawal, and the prisoner exchange," he added.
