The explosion that occurred Saturday in Iran's largest port has now risen to 46 dead, a state media outlet indicated Monday, after a previous toll reported 40 people killed.
"The death toll in the Shahid Rajaei port fire has reached 46," announced the state's IRNA agency, citing a local official. According to him, "1,072 injured have been discharged from the hospital and 138 are still hospitalized."
