The Emir of Qatar, whose country is mediator between Israel and Hamas, accused Israel on Thursday of not respecting the cease-fire agreement in the Gaza Strip, concluded last January.
"We reached an agreement a few months ago, but unfortunately Israel did not respect this agreement," stated Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani during his meeting in Moscow with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
