In response to the launch of three rockets from Lebanon toward Metula, northern Israel — an attack that has not yet been claimed — the Israeli army carried out a series of airstrikes on southern Lebanon within a few hours, killing at least two people, according to the Health Ministry.

Here are the villages and areas in the South targeted by the Israeli army:

In Nabatieh district:

- One strike hit a shopping center in Touline: the Health Ministry reports two deaths and eight injuries, including a young girl ; the village mayor earlier reported four fatalities.

- Three strikes targeted the Mlita area in Iqlim al-Tuffah.

- One strike hit the vicinity of Yohmor al-Shaqif.

In Jezzine district:

- Two strikes on the Bassalia area.

- Two strikes near Kfar Houne, toward the Jabbour hills.

- Two strikes near Sejoud.

- One strike near Mahmoudieh farm.

In Saida district:

- Two strikes near Kfar Melki.

In Bint Jbeil district:

- One strike on the Salhani area near Beit Lif.

- One strike between Ramieh and Aita al-Shaab.

In Hasbaya district:

- One strike near Rashaya al-Foukhar.

In Sour district:

- One strike between the villages of Tayr Harfa and Jibbayn.
