Israeli military called on Thursday for residents in a southern area of the Gaza Strip to evacuate before an airstrike.

"To those in the area called Bani Suheila, this is a warning before a strike," said the Arabic-speaking spokesperson, Avichay Adraee, in a message on his X account accompanied by a map. "Terrorist organizations are returning to populated areas to fire rockets," he added, following the firing of three rockets toward Israel claimed by Hamas's armed wing.
