Ghiath Dalla is one of the main leaders of the uprising launched last Thursday by supporters of the ousted Syrian president against the new security forces in the Alawite majority coastal provinces of Tartous and Latakia.In the past few hours, several Syrian internet users have even suggested that Dalla, an Alawite, ordered the killing of civilians from his community to suppress those who dared to rally with interim government forces.
