President Isaac Herzog said on Thursday that Israel had a "moral obligation" to bring back all hostages from Gaza captivity following the return of four bodies by Hamas militants.
"Our hearts ache upon receiving the bitter news of the identification of Ohad Yahalomi, Tsachi Idan, Itzik Elgarat, and Shlomo Mansour," Herzog said in a statement, adding that "the return of our brothers' bodies from captivity underscores our moral obligation to do everything in our power to bring back all the hostages."
