The strike occurred in the al-Aashra’ region, over Nabi Sheet, in the Baalbeck district. According to an initial report, it resulted in at least two deaths and two injuries.
Before the strike, our correspondent reported that drones flew intensively over the Bekaa. Israeli aircraft also flew over southern Lebanon in the afternoon, according to our correspondent in this region Mountasser Abdallah.
In the early evening, the Israeli army also fired several flares over the towns of Alma Shaab, Jibbayn, Naqoura and Tayr Harfa in Sour.
