Arab League chief calls Palestinian relocation 'unacceptable'

The secretary-general of the Arab League, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, stated on Wednesday that it is "unacceptable for the Arab world" to relocate Palestinians from their territory.

"We Arabs have fought this idea for a hundred years, and we are not ready to capitulate now," said Aboul Gheit at the World Government Summit organized in Dubai in response to a question about U.S. President Donald Trump's insistence on emptying the Gaza Strip of its inhabitants.
