Cabinet faces its first tests: Confidence and a ministerial statement
While there is every reason to believe that the Cabinet will be supported by most of the MPs, the Sunni blocs’ position could complicate matters, pending Saad Hariri’s speech.

Nawaf Salam’s Cabinet held its first session in Baabda on Tuesday, where it addressed its first political challenge: drafting the ministerial statement on which Parliament will take a vote of confidence.
