Two people were killed and 10 wounded in a night-time Israeli strike on Janta, on the border between Lebanon and Syria, according to information from the Health Ministry. At dawn on Friday, the Israeli air force had carried out at least four strikes in Janta (East Lebanon), in the Baalbeck district, reports our correspondent in the Bekaa, Sarah Abdallah. These attacks came despite the cease-fire between Israel and Hezbollah that has been in force since late November.
