Lebanon’s private sector eyeing Gulf investments: Too early?
Obstacles remain significant and were more so amplified by Emirati investor Khalaf al-Habtoor’s decision to halt investments in Lebanon on Tuesday, after pledging otherwise just a few days earlier.
