BEIRUT — Turkish Airlines has announced the resumption of its operations to and from Beirut starting December 3, 2024, according to an official statement.
The airline outlined its flight schedule as follows:
- December 3–5: One daily flight
- December 6–10: Two daily flights
- Starting December 11: Four daily flights
"Turkish Airlines expressed gratitude for the continued cooperation of its partners in Lebanon," the statement concluded.
The airline had suspended its flights to Beirut in late September due to escalating security concerns amid regional tensions. This decision was part of a broader trend, as several airlines reduced or halted services to Lebanon during this period, with operations contingent on daily developments.
During the heightened conflict between Hezbollah and Israel, numerous airlines adjusted or suspended flights to Beirut over safety concerns.
