The Lebanese Ministry of Health reported three injuries, including a child, in an Israeli strike Saturday targeting a vehicle in southern Lebanon, following the implementation of a ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah on Wednesday.
"An enemy Israeli strike on a car in Majdal Zoun injured three people, including a seven-year-old child," the ministry said in a statement.
