More than 7,000 families lost at least 1 member in Gaza: The enclave's Health Ministry

In a statement, Gaza's Health Ministry tallied the total number of Palestinian families who have lost several members to Israeli attacks in Gaza. According to this count,

1,410 families were killed.

3,463 families have only one survivor.

2,287 families have lost members, but have several survivors.

In all, 7,160 families lost at least one member, including 1,281 families who lost at least five members, according to the Ministry.

At least 44,249 people have been killed and 104,746 wounded in Israeli attacks on Gaza since Oct. 7, 2023, says the enclave's Health Ministry.

Of these, 14 Palestinians were killed and 108 wounded in the last 24-hour period, the Ministry adds.
