BEIRUT — A man identified as Naeem Akoumi was found dead this morning inside his home in Harat al-Barakeh, Beddawi, northern Lebanon, L'Orient Today's correspondent in the north reported.
"Forensic evidence revealed that the body bore signs of blunt-force trauma to the head, likely inflicted with a hammer. Initial investigations suggest the murder may have been motivated by theft," our correspondent reported.
Security forces and forensic teams were present at the scene, and investigations are ongoing to uncover the circumstances surrounding the crime.
